The Oscott Disability group are right behind our local Councillor (and disabilty champion) Keith Linnecor and he's efforts to get new litter bins and clean up Oscott.
For those in wheel chairs and disability schooters litter and dog mess is a real problem.
We sometines he the excuse from the Council that litter bins like bollards clutter our pavement we totally disagree.
The Council needs to do much more to clean up our streets.
